Alloy wheels from a Beemer

I've been offered a rather nice set of 2003 16" alloys from a 3 series BMW.
These are 5 stud like my current Laguna steel wheels and wondered if they would fit?

I know I need to check the PCD and Offest but I'm not ENTIRELY sure what these are...

Can I fit them or do I need to find genuine Renault alloys?
