Christmas Greetings one and all!

Post by CitroJim »

It's that time of year again and I'd like to take this opportunity to wish all our members and visitors a very happy Christmas and an even better 2009 :D

2008 has been a brilliant year for both the FCF and BXC and they have gone from strength to strength over the past 12 months with a bumper crop of new members and some really great threads. It's the members who make a forum and you all certainly have. Thank you one and all :D

We even seem to have won our battle against spammers

Both the FCF and BXC remain two of the most friendly places on the 'net and the Moderators have been almost without a job this year. Not many forums can boast that!

The crowning glory of this year has been the magnificent response to the appeal for funding. Thank you one and all, absolutely brilliant :D

To that end, special good wishes go out to Jon and also to Marty for a speedy recovery from his recent motorcycle accident.

Merry Christmas everyone and may all our problems in 2009 be confined solely to our cars

Totally agree Jim!!

With things looking so gloomy in this country and the world at large, it's
brilliant to find a welcome friendly and genuinely helpful atmosphere here
where everyone can reap the rewards/benefits!

Merry Christmas everyone and here's wishing for a great 2009!

Merry Christmas all! :D
This time last year, Xantia ownership for myself was just a dream 8) I wonder how different it will be next christmas....maybe I may own my next pipe dream - XM or Activa
Thinking back on it, I've learnt one hell of a lot of stuff this last year, car and otherwise and made some friends on the FCF, you know who you are

Oh dear I missed this thread and began another under the CITROEN category http://www.frenchcarforum.co.uk/forum/v ... 413#171413

Have a great time whoever and wherever you are with special thoughts and wishes going out to absent friends as well as those fighting in foreign lands.

Since my Xantia ownership is still in it's early stages, I expect next year will be much busier on here for me at least!

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year everyone!
