heater problem!

hi i have Renault laguna 2002 diesel, which just developed a problem with heater blower! sometimes when i start the car my blower doesn't work.but sometimes is working! i thought is a fuse , but it is working sometimes so it cant be a fuse! do they have some sort of relay?
