Yes!!!!!!
I have one
It also has a sunroof.
Mine's a MK1 and I believe they're a little rare. I have seen a MKII in Leather but again I believe they're rare. I'm not sure if the one I've seen had the winter pack.
Why would you specifically want a MKII? The only thing not on a fully specified MK1 is the rain sensing wipers; they have a variable intermittent instead. I confess I miss them...

Phase I looks so old and dated now, the Phase II looks better.
I love the rain sensing wipers, i would miss them too
6 Disc Auto CD Changer in phase II

The MK1 look is maturing nicely into a timeless classic. I'm looking at my MK1 estate parked in our works car park. Compared to most of the newer tin in the vicinity, it looks achingly pretty.. It's parked next to a chavved-up 206, a Mondy, some Jap barge (Lexis I think), a Poxhall Repmobile and another anonymous Dagenham dustbin and it's by far the nicest looking of them all. I should add that I detest the looks of any car under 15 years old though so I'm just a bit biassedQuackers wrote: Phase I looks so old and dated now....6 Disc Auto CD Changer in phase II
The MK1 leather Activa has a 10 CD Changer and electric seats. And, because the MK1 does not have side airbags in the seats, the bolsters are movable sideways, allowing them to be adjusted to hold you snug in the seat!
Another problem with the MKII is it is not available in Dantes' Red...

The S1 is the original and best, its a great bit of design and the S2 redesign didnt really do it any favours. I still prefer the look of S1 to the Activa, the colour is great, and the front end is cleaner, less fussy.
I like the dashboards on both. Whilst there are subtle differences to the uninformed they look identical, but the handle on the passenger side, and the flatter dashtop looks cool, the material is also different.
The major thing i miss when in the S1 is the lack of temperature gauge.
Door open display? I know its open as i just opened it
Trafficmaster? Just a fad at the time and i would gladly set it on fire. Steering wheel controls are a bit more confusing too, the S1 is more simple and has what you need. The S1 4030 stereo also sounds better than the Clarion top spec unit in the S2.
All these differences make it great to own examples of both!

I prefer the Activa in S1, its just the original and looks a little more sporty with the 2.1 style front bumper etc.
Although i think i prefer the normal models in the S2, i really like the new front. Both cars are very good looking, however 8)

It certainly does not Handymanhandyman wrote: but still does not stop them running hot.![]()
Sorry to be a pedant here but were the fat wings not to accomodate the wider track of the MK1 Activa and 2.1TD due to the use of the ML5 gearbox on these vehicles?
Indeed, the Activa predated the 2.1TD Xantia by what? Two years?
All MK2 Xantias had the fat wings I believe.

Hello Jim, you are partially right about the 'fat' wings, as all the vehicles with the ML5T gearbox have a wider track. I believe the V6 is also so equiped with the wider wings.
However, not all Mk2s have 'fat' wings. Our 2001 Forte estate has skinny wings and I know of a few others with the same fitment.

Hmm i know, i nearly put in my post (i know the Active was before the 2.1) but then i didn't! I was just making an example, where as all S2 look the same apart from the wheels.handyman wrote:Whoa there Citroenmad, the Activa pre-dates the 2.1TD, as does the front bumper!![]()

It was designed to accommodate the larger radiator in the Mk1 Activa, but still does not stop them running hot.![]()

I like the fact that the Activa got the wider wings and deeper 'Activa!' bumper, sets it apart from the rest.

Re: Activa with Winter Pack?
I dont think this question was actually answered but they do exist, theres one on my drive with the leather interior, heated seats and winter pack thingQuackers wrote:Was the Activa ever available with the leather interiour/heated seats/winter pack thing?
I have only ever seen them for sale with the cloth interior. I would consider buying a second Activa as long as it was Phase II and had that interior, do the exist?
