Laguna duel zone heater problem

Hello everyone!!
I need some help with my 2002 Laguna tourer sport. my passenger side heating is blowing cold, The drivers side is working as normal. I've changed the control panel, but this has not fixed it.
Has anyone had this before? and has anyone got any idea's

I had the same problem on my 53 Lag2.Renault diagnosed a replaceable motorised componet that required a bit of dash removal. Funnily enough that didn't fix the problem but replacing the control panel did (I was still covered by warranty at the time).
