:?

I might actually bid on that

although £25 for a steering wheel to get the buttons out is a bit steep for me right now...

Jgra i haven't had a chance to get mine off for you yet im afraid.

I've been offered £20 scrap for it though(the whole car!) so ill be stripping it off for sure when my next one arrives. Brake pads, maybe discs as well as they are only a few months old, rears too.

You could be right about that, but the wing is damaged in the same area so it could be scrapyard related.

They're newer than mine and been scrapped, perhaps its time I upgraded to a C5.

ok so maybe it had an under bonnet fire and the fire brigade used a crowbar to try and open the lid, as they did many moons ago on my GS,

Could also be the bonnet dent from bonnet-stay retaining clip breaking, missing... (the hook part of stay gets caught under edge of bonnet, attempt to shut it and hey presto, a nice dent ;)

Have had that on at least 2 xantias... (not caused by me :D )

The one being broken in essex turns out to have a faulty auto box.
Pity they shoved another car on it as they could have had mine and got all the good bits off it!

Art.......

Given that in the news this week 14 tons of coal in a gallery was put on "display," called artistic.

Then these stacked cars have "artistic potential."

Quick stick them in a gallery.

Some mug will buy them, because they have been displayed by an artist.

I don't think the late ones are as well made as the early ones. I was close to breaking my HDi but ended up doing a deal with my mate to get the old one back. My mate thought all his birthdays had come at once- until he had to live with it.
