Is the ORGA number on this plate?

Post by Napoleon »

Ok, so it's difficult read, and for now the best photo I can get, but is the ORGA number on the VIN plate?

Thanks

No Tim,

It's stencilled on the bulkead just in fromt of the Strut Top on the drivers side.

You'll find the OGRA (RP) number, often in yellow, as a four digit number and below it, the paint code in a alphanumeric format.

Got it, thanks Jim.

Is the ORGA number only for use with Citroen spares suppliers or do others use it for indentification?

If I post the paint code here (car's away this second) could someone tell the exact name of the paint?

Hi Napoleon,
From the photo of your car it looks like green color which is called Vert Vega. :) The color code starts with KQH.

It is dark green, but you know how dark green can suddenly become 'North Atlantic Trawler Green'...

Wifey's out in the car at present (I know, but I like to live dangerously), but I took this photo earlier:

A half-hearted attempt, as I didn't think it meant much at the time.

I don't think it says 'KQH'. I'll get the full code later.
