clio mk2 engine swop

hi im lookin at swoping my engine in my clio mk2 1.2 8v im looking at putting in a 1.2 16v low milage engine out of a newer clio, would this be a straight swop? would i be able to use ecu , gear box , wiring , exhurst manifold off the 8v ? or is there a better small engine to put in
