Alarm ultrasonics

Anyone know which of the transducers is the emitter and which the receiver? One of mine doesn't work and I'd hazard a guess that it's more likely to be the emitter. Saves me doing both door cards if I get it right first time.
It infuriates me to be wrong when I know I'm right

Seem to remember reading in forums n/s is emitter and o/s receiver.Will be corrected if wrong :)
