bosch pump for ax diesel????????????

Hi my wife has an AX elation with a 1.5 diesel. The car has a Lucas CAV pump at the mo - is there a bosch pump available for this engine!?

Some later pug 106's had them fitted i believe but very rare to find them

think its Look2 models that commonly had them for some reason but you'd need the injectors and pipework as well to make it good for Veggie.

Thanks thought that might be the answer. The AX is pretty tired now anyway and she wants a bigger car so i think a late model ZX is on the cards anyhow.

Shame really since in the 4 years weve owned it it has cost about the same to run as a bicycle... they are amazing eg there was a crack in the fuel filter housing 3 years ago allowing air into the system - i temporarily bypassed it with a bit of pipe - its stilll there even though the wife often runs the tank dry!!

- know about the pipes and injectors - ive just spent an interesting weekend doing it on my 405!
