Xantia VSX 1.9TD Bitron Box Location???

Hi Does anyone know the location of the Bitron Box Please We have a problem with our cooling fans not working at all, not even with the air con switched on, we have tried various tests as advised by the forum members but with no sucess, the citroen garage say its a fault within the Bitron Box but they can't say where the box actually is which is somewhat strange.

Any ideas please would be gratefully recieved thank you.

The Bitron is under the passenger’s side headlamp, but is not likely to be faulty.
Check that the top right relay socket has voltage on two connectors, even with the key out.
