Xantia Radio Display

Post by citroencurran »

I have a 95 Xantia SXwith a PH/1C radio. Does anybody know if the bulb on the lcd radio display can be changed and how to do it as it has blown. All the other lights are fine on the radio. Any help would be great thanks.

They'll probably be tiny surface mounted bulbs... If you're handy with a soldering iron and have a steady hand you could give it a bash, but I'd say paying someone to do it would be more than the radio is worth.

They're plentiful and cheap on ebay so I personally wouldn't bother repairing (or paying to get a screen on one repaired) unless I was after a learning experience. 8)
