Mark One Boot Spoiler

Hi,

Just got a replacement boot spoiler for my mark one Xantia. Does anybody have any advice on attaching the spoiler [DIY job]. The previous owner has filled iin the holes in the roof of the boot. Should I try and bolt it on or use adhesive.

I would'nt dream of using adhesive.
The thought of it detaching while motorwaying is too much for me ...

Me neither. I've just looked at my spoiler and it is bolted on. The only way to safely attach it.
