SAXO wing help

Ok so i need to buy a new wing - and when sitting in the car its the left... when looking at the car from the front its the right I need.
Basically the nearside OK.
But me being me - I dont know if I need:
N84320 WING SAXO >99 LH 23.00
or
N84322 WING SAXO >99 RH 23.00

Its a 99S - older shape so its the right part- not sure if I need the LH or RH (is it decided by looking at the car from front, or sitting in the car?)
Please help.
ALSO - I need to know if the old wing is hard to get off? I can see 3 bolts in the enging bay area, one under the sill and I think one where the indicator goes. Please Help me

Normally I would expect the view to be that from the car's point of view, so in this case, you'd be after the left wing mate. Hope this helps.
