Rear suspension not automaticly leveling.

Hi all, this is the 3rd problem im posting today. Ive lived with it for months now by adjusting it maually before i drive, but am just curious as to what it is.

When i turn on the car, the front levels perfectly fine, but the back for some reason just stays low. If i manually raise its fine, so what ive been having to do to get a smooth ride is manually raise untill the back is where it should be (ive been guessing) and then quickly move the lever to the drive spot and then the back will stay where it was and the front will auto level.

any ideas?
