Dad.

Not sure of the right place to put this as its not Citroen related (apart for reason obvious in a second!)

Anyway, my other half Vicky gave birth to a gorgeous baby boy at 14.14 this afternoon, 3 weeks early! Weighing in at 7lb 14 oz!

Here is a picture of him -

And a big thank you to my Xantia that survived being driven like it was stolen when i rushed home from work to take Vicky to hospital! The handling of these cars on the limit is put simply, superb! The way the rear wheels steer on the throttle and strong grip is so apparant, really need to try that Activa soon!

Congratulations Gareth and Vicky :D :D :D

Wonderful news :D Well that blew my theory about the first born always being late didn't it :D

As Burly Chassis so rightly says, welcome to another world as your world will never be quite the same again!!!

Bringing up kids is a fantastic journey with a new adventure every day. Enjoy

My kids, all 4 of them, are the most fantastic thing in my life bar none.

Like Citroens though, you can't just stop at one :D :D

Hi everyone thanks for your comments!

We are calling him Jack after my great grandad, we have not yet got a middle name though.

Sounds silly but i am really looking forward to our new family life, not had it before, and its the greatest feeling ever, now i'm getting over the shock! :D

Congratulations !

My little lass Rachel arrived at 11:41pm on the 28th Feb, just over a week early.

Like yours, my car was faultless during the journey to hospital ( was expecting a few starting issues ! ).

Many congratulations Gareth and Vicky!!

I bet you too are over the moon, I wish you all the best for life from now on. I have no kids myself, but I'm sure it's a real buzz to have your own flesh ready to learn about cars. They can never be too young.

On the other hand, the ride in a Xantia will get him falling asleep easily, that will set the standard for him.
