C5 suspension fluids

hi, just a quick question,

my dad has a 2001 2.2hdi C5 and a 2003 2.0hdi exclusive C5. i have read somewhere about LDS fluids and was wondering if these cars use LDS fluid or do the still use the LHM as on the xantia,s he has previuously owned.

any answers appreciated, thanks :?

All C5's use LDS & it is not mixable with the old LHM

Yeah C5s use LDS, its official colour is orange, but some manufacturers, such as comma, make their stuff with green dye just to confuse people.


Wish I had two C5s.
C5 III Tourer 2.0 HDi 163 Auto Exclusive
Gone cars.
C5 2.2 HDi Exclusive Estate auto 57. Awesome car. Sadly Could not be fixed by Citroen.
C5 1.6 HDi VTR Estate 56. Traded in.
C5 2.2 HDi SX Estate 02. Drowned in the floods of 09.
C3 1.4 HDi 92 SX 52.
