A minor leak from the fuel pump, leak-off pipe and pinion valve have all been tolerated but I'm now paying the price. I noticed wet oil on my upper engine mount bracket and wondering how it got there have come to the conclusion that oil is getting a free ride on the cambelt somewhere around the lower pulleys
I assume this will attack the belt and cause premature wear if it doesn't slip off first?
Anyway, the MOT expires in two weeks and I can't see me getting the repairs done soon, if at all, so the car will be coming off the road and I may end up selling it as spares or repair.
Old leak, new woes
