Bulkhead Wiring

Post by Thompatruck »

I'm trying to wire up an amp in my ZX, everything's fine except I can't see a way to get the power cable to the battery (without going out of the window and in the bonnet ;o) Looking at the main wiring it seems from the battery to go through the wing along the top and through the bulkhead behind the windscreen wiper.
Simply is there an easier way than dismantling the whole car, a hole/gromit in the bulkhead i've missed? Or do I have to dismantle the majority of the car and follow the original wiring?
All help appreciated!

Take off the scuttle panel under the wiper and on the drivers side there will be a blank grommit. Make a hole and pass wire through.
Wire will come through by the fuses and under the steering wheel.

Cheers for the help!
I eventually used the one behind the glove box, fiddly job but it's done now!
Thanks!
