round peg in a square hole

hello i have a clarion dc634 cd changer that i removed from my old xantia and i would like to fit it in my xsara picasso the problem is that the changer is a 15 pin round connectors and the o/e stereo has a square connector.

is there an easy way out of this eg. does any one have the pin outs so that i can make a lead up or is there an adapter that i can buy?

if you have a car audio or accesory shop near you they might do an adapter/convertor,
