xantia dash bulbs

Hi I've had a look but can't find the size of the dash bulbs for a '98 xantia. all help gratefully accepted. regards john.

Hi now I can answer my own post , the bulbs are 1.2 W type 286 and cost me 23 pence each from my local factor . citroen wanted £2.88 each and there was probably VAT on top . The panel was a doddle to get out, anyone who thinks its hard should try a RENAULT 18 . regards john.

the dealer is are probably selling you the type with the bulb legs spot welded into the holder, not the ones which can be removed from the holder
