Heated Rear Screen

Help!!! My Heated screen just packed up, I checked fuses and all are good, switch seems to click but not light up, I took plastic covers off tailgate and no power seems to be getting to it. I noticed that it ios a thick blue wire I have tried to trace it but can not find it, does it go through the roof lining, any ideas where I can locate it at front of car without stripping dash down.

How's your heater blower?
You don't say what car it is, but there is history on this forum of Xantia ignition switches getting a bit "iffy" and causing a few things not to work.

Its a Xantia, The heater blower is working fine, I am thinking now it may be the Heated window switch itself or maybe (as the heated window appeared to be on a self timer) it could be the timer.
