I fitted the wheels off my Xantia Activa onto my C5 for a while. So I'm sure they do.

They're both 4 bolt hubs. You'll need the right bolts to match steel or alloy.

I hadto swap the bolts too between my Activa and C5. I put the C5 alloys onto the Activa and everything fitted ok.
Cheers, Kev

02 plate C5 2.2 Hdi Exclusive SE (now 170k miles 03/21).

Used to have:- Xantia 1.9 TurboD SX. 1996 Blue & 1998 Silver Activa. + 1992 BX TZD Turbo.

Very important !

Most alloys needs a flat bolt, not the tapered ones for steel.
If you use the wrong bolts, the alloy will crack, and the bolts becomes a loose fit.
