Vehicle check

Hi guys,

I remember seeing a car check service on dvla, not the paid one where it checks everything, but another one to see if a car is taxed or something... can anyone remind me what i'm looking for?

There was one by the RAC that use to tell you make/model/number of previous owners and by using both DVLA and the RAC you could find out quite a bit about a car just on a registration number. Sadly they removed the use of it (and now it costs £40 for a HPI check!

currently rac are doing a hpi check for £5, normal price is something like £25.

I did one on mine and it came back clean, which was a surprise to me.
