from Pr net listings for series I (incl. N-reg) Xantia saloon, all engine types, rear brake discs :

95 667 811 - 2 BRAKE DISCS DIAM 224 EP 9 - 5 DOOR SALOON

It appears then to be 224mm dia and 9mm thick.

Just done the discs on my 16v Xantia, there are 2 sizes of rear disc, one size fits all Xantia hatchbacks (GSF part no. N60312, £16.40, or N62412, £10.95) and the other is for estates (N60313). I put N60312s on mine, they are good quality discs. Make sure that you put the bolt back through the two halves of the calliper to hold it together after you take the pads out, before you try to remove it, otherwise the two halves will part and you will leak LHM.

Re the front discs, there are 3 sizes (smallest for 8v, middle for 16v/estate, largest for activa/turbo). Best to measure the diameter and thickness of yours so that you can check you get the right ones. Also helps to know what make the system is as they will probably ask you when ordering. Yours should be GSF N62332 (£25) as it's a 16v, but as I said it's best to have the measurements to check.

Hope this helps
