My trusty old Xantia TD has died.
. Going to work Friday, started to miss--going home early Sat morning (2.30am ), I just made it home. When I got up and tried it later on, zilch. Water temp ok, no loss of water, fuel level went down rapidly ( on way home )with clouds of smoke, couldn't see what colour as it was pitch dark. Will have to have a look after I get the VSX gearbox back in--still not done that yet, weather been too bad. Ah well, two down , one to go. If that one goes tits up, I will scrap the lot and get a proper car
