is it poss to fit rear disk brakes on the AX

Believe so yes. From one of the sister models Saxo, 106,206. But that will also mean a mod to 4spoke wheels.

But why ? You will most likely experience either over braking rearwheels or non functional (rusty) rear discs. Because of the very light load on an AX rear axle. Even a brake limiter valve may not work with disc brakes on AX rear.

I'd start overhauling the existing brake sytem as it is more than adequate for that size car. Ignored maintenance can really make it a mess.
