Side airbag ligh MOT failure?

The side airbag light is on, well it goes out but comes back on, will it be an MOT failure point? I'm hoping it's just the under seat connectors, but the MOT is looming so I need to get it sorted a bit sharpish.

I don't think the airbag is part of the MOT. Someone will confirm this soon I hope.
