Postmark !

Well it's certainly unusual

a postmark with an Xantia on it !

So, is this a way of off setting main (stealer) dealer costs, I.E. they write to you, and to afford to go into them, you sell their envelope on ebay although it will take many auctions to be able to get enough money to pay their high prices !

How about this one, Mongolia had a Citroen BX (complete with chevrons upside down) on its stamps at one point!
