Oil Change Xantia Automatic AL4 Transmission

I would be grateful for any suggestions on renewal of Automatic Transmission Fluid on an Xantia year 99. Supposed to be a "Sealed for Life Gearbox" , however I reckon an oil change may extend that life. Total Fluid 11, or Castrol Transmax Z, seem to be the recommended fluids to use. I would be interested in the experience of other members, who might have carried out this work
