I'm sorely tempted by an R reg V6 Auto Coupe with 80k on the clock (Excellent condition and a good price) But as you'll see from my Sig, I'm a newbie when it comes to both petrol engines and auto gearboxes!
I've had a good search on this and other forums and have found a few pointers to watch out for (Cambelt!!) but I'm wondering how many miles I could expect to get out of this car before the old bathtub curve of serious unreliability kicks in, both in terms of the engine and the auto box.
Any help or advice would be much appreciated as this car is just so damnably gorgeous that I may risk making a total idiot of myself! (it must be love...)
