Hi All,
I'm in trouble once again. I have had "Unblock diesel filter" message popup a few times on my 307 HDI 110 so I decided that I'd service & change fuel, air & pollen filters as it was coming close to its 5K interval. It unfortunately has made no difference & today I got both messages simultaneously "Unblock diesel filter & antipollution fault" then the car would not rev over 2000 rev's which I believe is called crawl home mode. The diagnostic light also came on, which has also appear previously with "Unblock diesel filter". This message only seems to appear when reved high say 4000rpm. Also first thing in the morning it seems to lack power until it warms up. The car was last service by Peugeot @ 43k & Myself @ 49k. Pls help is there any recommended Peugeot diagnostic in West London

I spoke to a Peugeot Technician & my local Pug dealer on Friday both recommend similar advise, that I should take my car up the motorway driving it hard in 1st, 2nd & 3rd (the highest gear I could use been 3rd) keeping constantly 4000rpm or over for 10-15mile. Seemingly this is similar to the regeneration process initialised by the Pug program at the workshop.
So Friday night I done just that & when I started Sat morning low & behold the diagnostic light had disappeared & has stayed off since. So straight down to my local MOT station I went, sweating a bit that the diagnostic light would come on & maybe fail on emisions as I could hear the tester reving it a bit, but no it sailed through the test. Hurray!!
