Full Beam and Main Beam

Hi

quick question. my xantia has two sets of H1 lamps for the full and main beam. are the lamps in them exactly the same?

reason im asking is because i want to replace them both with xenon. i've currently got a set of philps xenons in the main beam. will the same lamp in the full beam still give me a full beam?

Yes, h1 bulbs are H1 bulbs. It's the reflector behind the bulb which makes the difference to light output.
