c5 service light

Anyone know how to stop the service light from flashing without going to citroen,Theres a guy on ebay selling the info to switch it off says it takes seconds.But thought i would ask here first.It only comes on for a few minutes when i first start the car.

It should be in the owners manual.

Or if you haven't got the manual & its like other PSA stuff:

Memory is a bit rusty & I cant be arsed to walk out to the car in this weather

With ignition switched OFF

Press & hold the trip reset button ( one you use to 0 the trip mileage )

Turn ignition to ON

Keep the button held down & watch the countdown in the display 9, 8, 7 etc till it gets to 0

When it gets to 0 release the button & it should be reset.
