Which water pump from GSF?

Citroen ZX 1.9D 1995

In another thread I have been looking at testing the water pump, I am therefore ordering one as soon as I can.

How do know which pump I need, It's not clear on the GSF website it mentions some numbers I don't recognise.

Any Diesel one. You have to be a little careful as the petrol and diesel ones are a little different. A diesel one has a larger impeller. A petrol one will fit a diesel but not the other way around

I find a good trick with GSF if you are not sure is to look at another model listing, say the Xantia, and go for the 1.9 D/TD one.

N17018 will be the right one for you by cross referencing the Xantia and the 405 fitments but I'll bet the N17010 would do too.
