hi

i have a 96 xantia 1.9 turbo, can anyone tell me if its obd2 or tell me where to look so i can find out

In order to have OBD you need to have an engine ECU. You'll spend a long time looking for one of those on 96 1.9 TD Xantia

Some 96 Xantia's will have an ecu (my 97 registered VSX was built in 96) but as far as OBD, that works from a 16 pin socket whereas 96 Xantia's will have a much larger 30 pin socket (in the fuse box near the drivers right knee).
