I seem to be having a problem with our email(outlook).I have what i think to be a large spam, which is clogging it up.Now,after 4 days i have 35 emails trying to be recieved!Mostly all spam i expect. The oringinal email was about 4 kb.All mails are now 5.6 kb`s.
I`ve gone into account options & set the time for recieving to max,but it still does`nt let the mails come through. It just stays on recieving screen for ages.
Can anyone help?
Cheers :)

Have you tried empty your "deleted mails" box ?
Microsoft dont like to delete peoples files (or mails) just like that by a click on a button. Usually you have to deliberately go in an empty your "trash cans" in the system after clicking yes to "do you really want to delete these files ?"

Sorted at long last :D .Went deep into the options & found an option to download message headers only.Got all 40 emails straight in the in box.Only 3 were ok,the rest were junk/spam :x .Deleted them, then went back & changed back to download message & headers.
All ok now.
I hate bloody junk mail :x   .Anti spam gets most of it,but some still gets through.
Many thanks to all :)

There's a program called Peek@Mail which lets you delete spam on your mail server
