Never mind the red flag rubbish ... just make it legal for us off-roaders to run the bu66ers over

Sorry, this was a tongue in cheek comment. The author does not condone the wilfull running over of ramblers, or any other waste of oxygen and rations, and wishes to apologise whole heartedly for making such a suggestion ... even in jest.
