Which Wire is Which? Xantia Suspension/alarm switches

Unread post by rdj104 »

Hi,

Currently putting interior back together on my Xantia Hdi Exclusive.

Most switches have colour coded connectors so you know which goes where, however the Suspension sports mode switch and the Alarm sensors disable switch are both blue.

A previous owner has it in bits, and I suspect put them back wrong as the suspension switch wasn't working. So anyway I have 2 blue connectors.

One with 6 wires labelled A902, and one with 3 wires labelled G802.

They go onto Blue switches labelled 3617 & 36481

Which is Which???

Alarm has 3 wires, suspension 6 wires.
It infuriates me to be wrong when I know I'm right

Great, that was going to be my guess.

Somehow I've been banned from the forum on my home computer!

But at least I can still get the answers from this one.

Thanks

I think they use your ip address to impose a ban so, if you use another pc with a different ip address (such as a wireless laptop) then hey presto!!

I tried that, but as suspected the outside world sees one ip address for all my network, that of the router/modem. The router does all the natty NAT stuff that works out where the data should really go.

Now if I could pick up someone else's wireless network... (not that there were any local ones last time I looked)

Anyone know any good moderators I can send an email to, hoping they can unblock my IP address? I sent one to the address on the front page of the website and to [email protected], but no replies yet.
