ROCKER COVER urgent help

my dad canged the gasket yesterday but some how (dont know if it was him) the rocker cover has smashed were one of the nuts tighten. yes i know some how its been over tightend tis the only way it could of hapened. its a 8v 1.8 are they all the same on these engines coz i need to get a new one strate away so he has the car back on the road.

how much new????

how much second hand????

How are you getting on with this!? Whereabouts in the country are you based? I can have a look in my local scrappy who's very reasonably priced...

mate as i found out today i can get one from a pug 1.8 8v engine was very suprised

i ahve one nw wil do it in the mornign wen i can get a new gaset again
