Renault Twingo info

Does anyone know much about these at all?
Ive heard they only came with KM/h digidashboards so was wondering how they cope with the MOT at all?

Ive been told renault offer RHD headlamps, how much are these at all?

Any info greatly recieved. having a look for a UK based forum but not having much luck with google
