Fault code reader socket

Anybody know the location of the FCR socket on an Activa? I have looked in all the relevant places, ie, under dashboard, by ECU, in elecs box with relays and feel like I am running out of options.

its located next to the interior fusebox behind the flap.

Now that we know where it is... is there a way to read it with normal tools?
