XM Seat Wiring

I have a passenger side electric set from an XM which I would like to wire up. It has three wires going into it, two thick ones (which I presume are +12v and 0v) and a thin green one.

What does the thin green one do, and what voltage should it be set at?

Does it have a seat belt pretensioner or illuminated switches?
