406 door light

last night, after a heavy rain, water flooded in from sunroof and flowed down along A pillar. This morning, I found even though I closed driver's door, the door lights never black out, even after engine off. multifunctional display shows the driver's door opened. however, doors can be locked.
please help. thanks

except of the problem of lock, im as well afraid that wirings concerned has been wetted. in this case, where should i check.

I'd start by checking the wiring behind the door switch, unless this is a multiplex car, in which case, I'd trace the wiring anyway and you'll probably find it goes into an ecu - check this for water ingress.
