Blower Motor Problems
I cannnot get my blower motor to work i have tested the motor which works ok i have bought a new resistor from a citroen dealer and still no joy. I suspect that it is the control module but am not sure what it is has anyone got any idea's what i can try or what could help me.

car was 150bhp standard extra 50 gained from chip will check ignition barrel tomorrow car has been in dealers they had it for 3 hours they could not suss it no charge which suprised me they want it back on friday but couldnt give me a price so very reluctant to take it !!

Hello deian i have been out and took off the cowling around steering wheel and then started car up and no fans give the ignition barrel a tap a few times with a stanley knife hey presto the fans kicked in and also the back demister now back on thank you for your help on this and have saved me a fortune at the dealers.

I'd suggest you take a closer and more serious look at the post I've just quoted here as you could end up spending good money chasing bad otherwise.
Living as we do in a place where air/con gets used on a regular basis, we have found this to be a constant problem due to the amount of load that passes through the ignition switch.
New switches don't come cheap nor are they all that easy to fit but by replacing it, you are not necessarily fixing the problem as much as removing a symptom which will come back to haunt you in time.
The mod shown above is a permanent cure.
