xantia key pad woes

my problem key pad problem goes on !!!!!, my last attempt at a solution involved wiping the memory of the ecu at a cost of £165, to no avail still a dead xantia, I have noticed there is no power to the fuel pump with the ign on, ive fitted a new relay. to be fair the people who wiped the ecu couldn,t have been more helpful, but i,m still at square one
