I have a 1999 406 GLX. Yesterday, without warning, the battery died and the display that shows warning messages, radio settings etc went haywire and flashed up all sorts of warnings about high coolant temp, abs failure etc.
With a new battery installed everything works fine except the display unit which will now not show any data. I have replaced the three bulbs behind the unit but still the display is still blank.
Anybody else experienced this or know what the problem might be?
