When I removed the old one the ball joint would hardly move by hand.

Forgot I made this sound recording http://www.megaupload.com/?d=EPVM804G of me turning my steering wheel lock to lock before I changed my anti roll bar droplink, sounds like a creaking old boat! Started off as a light clunk over bumps and ended up like this
