Xantia Fuses.

Post by KennyW »

Hi fellow Citroen users,

Does anyone have a list of the correct applications for the fuses in the engine compartment and the facia/dash.

I've both the BOL list and the Citroen Handbook but Guess what they don't correspond  :!:

Thanks in advance

Does your BOL copy cover the Mk2 ('98 on) Xantia you have ?
If not - then it wont be correct - and you should go by your handbook.

Now - if your handbook does not cover a Mk2 ('98 on) Xantia either - then you defo need a better handbook. Your local Citroen dealer will be more than happy to supply you a correct handbook - or a xerox of it.

Note : it is common to always find some fuseholders empty - for extra equipment not fitted. Inserting fuses into these places does not in any way mean you get these extra functions - at a cost of a fuse.

Thanks AndersDK,

The BOL claims to cover MK 2's but only to 98 and since mine is an early Mk 2 ie 98.
Came off production line late May 1998.

I think I'll trust handbook sice it is the original.

Cheers
