Brown relay or Fuse missing from fuse box Maybe?

Hi, I have just purchased a VSX and inside the fuse box in the Dash next to all the fuses there is a large socket brown in colour with nothing plugged into it. Is this normal?

Yes, normal, same on mine.
Light brown socket with plenty of pins sticking out, and nothing in it.
Must be a diagnostic connector or something.

Thanks, I though that might be the case, I cant find any reason for my electric mirrors to not work.

The tiny motors and their wiring are prone to corrode - as even the smallest leaks will admit salty road mist during winter driving.
